• Former House: Hufflepuff
` this wizardry stuff ,

• Alliance: Good/Order/Ministry

• Boggart:being on staged, being embarrassed, a girl rejecting him
` some psychoanalysis ,
• Likes:Chess, books, puzzles, quiet places, doing a good deed, being nice, cough drops, collecting chess boards, muggle culture
• Dislikes: vain egotistical people, bullies, criminals or any bad people, negative peer-pressure, being used, being the center of attention, talking in front of people,
• Your goals, and why:Cornelius goal is to do his best in life, its not much of a goal, but he's not sure were life is going to lead him. He just knows he wants to make a difference.
• Personality:Cornelius is a very quite and shy person. He hates talking in front of people and usually he stutters more then a broken record. Being around a bunch of people make him very nervous, and he rather be ignored then the center of attention. Due to his shy personality, he has a hard time talking to most people (especially girls), which explain his awful habit of stuttering when he speaks. He's very modest and usually criticize himself before praising himself, so sometimes his confidence is a little short.
Despite his many personality flaws relating to his quite and shy nature, Cornelius is a complete and utter genius. Straight A's in every subject and very handy with a wand. There is no problem he can’t solve and nothing he doesn’t already know. He has read so many books of different genres and he forgets very little. Cornelius is great at looking at his surroundings and knowing a lot of things about different people by just looking at them. For example, he would look at you and know you have just recently been to India because the mud on your shoe can only be found in a certain place in India. He’s almost like a Sherlock Homes. It doesn’t stop there; he’s also great at puzzles and strategy games. At the moment he is consider one of the best Wizard Chess players in the world even though he is not a full time chess player.
As smart as he is, many are surprise he was not sorted into Ravenclaw on his first day in Hogwarts. Truth was his loyalty outranked his almost inhumanly intelligence. If you’re his friend he will show you the greatest of loyalty. He would always be there for you and do what ever for them. He probably has the best heart of any person you would meet. Not a mean strike in this kid. Even though he might naively make things worse sometimes, he only wants to help people in general. Sometimes he trusts people to much and believes there is always good in people, which has in the past lead to him being used. But he is not at all spine-less he is unmovable by peer-pressure and always does what he thinks is right even if people hate him or beat him up.

• History:Cornelius Norman Caster was born to Rachael and Terrance Caster. Neither of his parents were at all pure blood. His mother had 1/4 pure wizard blood and his father had 1/8 pure blood, making Cornelius contain a little less then 1/10 of pure wizard blood. Slightly below average, but generally he would only be looked down by pure bloods. There household was an average mid-class life-style. Both his parents worked at the ministry his father as Muggle Worthy Excuse Committee member and his mom ran a book store.
His toddler and child years were spent with his mom at her book shop. When his mom wasn't busy she would read to him and eventually he quickly learned how to read after he could speak. So when his mom was to busy, he just read any and every book that was in the store. His father always worked late, so he never spent much time with him except for a game of chess every night before his father went to bed. His father never taught him how to play, Cornelius read the rules in a book, noticed his father always played by himself one game before going to be, and volunteered to be his opponent. Of course at first a young child might not be a match but after a few games he caught on and was a fair opponent. He never had many friends growing up so he found puzzles to amuse himself with along with chess. After Cornelius beat his father for the first time, he gave him a silver knight chess piece, which Cornelius always keeps in his pocket since.
When he was 11, he received his letters for Hogwarts. Everyone, friends and family, was sure he'd be sorted in Ravenclaw since his brilliant intellectual mind could not go unnoticed, so you could imagine the surprised his parents had when he was sorted in Hufflepuff instead, The house of loyalty. His Hogwart years were his best but mostly worse years of his life. He was constantly bullied and teased, yet he did find few friends who showed some light in the darkness. He always got straight A's, always got every spell, charm, and curse right the first time, and when he finished Hogwarts he read every book in the library excluding the forbidden section for teachers only.
Now Cornelius has graduated from Hogwarts, and took a job working in the Department of Magical Games & Sports investigating players or problems that occur during a game, along with keeping an ear and an eye out for any thing like a terrorist attack plan for a sports event. He had wanted to be a criminal investigator for the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, but he did pass the physical.

Cornelius sat in a almost empty bar in Yokohama, Japan. Silence was golden, even if it was in a dirty bar. Set up before him was a chess set, not a wizard chess set, but a muggle one. Muggles don't actually tell there pieces to move! They move them by themselves. Cornelius couldn't help but prefer it when he was playing by himself, to wizards chess. Any other time wizard chess was the great style of the two. He pushed a black pawn foreword and then leaned foreword laying his chin on his laced fingers at he thought of White's next move. With a slow soft movement, he moved a white knight over one to the left and up two squares before taking a sip of milk that he ordered.
Cornelius found it hard being here in Japan for the Magical Games as a player. He knew many already considered him among the best wizard chess players, even though he has only been to a few tournaments in the pass. Originally he did not even wanted to participate with so many people watching, but there was not one real good British chess player that would win the country a good medal so Cornelius out of his loyalty to his country decided to compete. Nightmares of playing in front of many people made him very very nervous though and he almost didn't know if he could do it at all. He was almost to happy that the wizard chess players were not getting as much attention as thoughs in other sports. Quidditch players, duelers, broom racers, and the rest were followed night and day by reporters and photographers wanting to know everything about them all.
Don't think the Wizard Chess isn't popular, people love the matches. The players just usually weren't all that good looking. A co-worker at the Ministry warn Cornelius that he too might be followed after his first match since his looks were boyish and innocent enough, but Cornelius hoped he was dead wrong about that. He knew that if that happened he would do something stupid like say something dumb or throw up. Drinking the rest of the milk, Cornelius raised his glass and spoke in fluent Japanese to the bartender asking for more milk thought stuttering when speaking milk. He went off and pored another glass, before coming over and setting it down. Moving his black queen down, Cornelius whispered to himself,"Check mate."
